                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 904 KILMER
                   STREET, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN,
                   FROM R-1 RESIDENTIAL ZONE AND R-2 RESIDENTIAL
                   ZONE TO R-4 SPECIAL ZONE, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN
                   CONDITIONS.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
                A tract of land located at 904 Kilmer Street, being
                lots 1-11, block C, Engleside Subdivision, plat
                book 9, page 41, ROHC, and lots 116-121 and
                139-144, Englewood Subdivision, deed book M, volume
                18, page 471, ROHC; being Tracts 1, 3, and 4, deed
                book 4279, page 575, ROHC, deed book 4129, page
                761, ROHC; Tracts 2 and 3, deed book 4129, page
                759, ROHC, Tracts 1, 3-7, 9-12, 14, and 16, deed
                book 4129, page 753, ROHC.  Tax Map No. 146E-F-6.
               
         from R-1 Residential Zone and R-2 Residential Zone to R-4 
Special
         Zone.
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning 

         shall be subject to the following conditions:
              	   1.	Providing sufficient off-street parking for the
         proposed structure, as well as the displaced employee parking
         presently on this site;  and
              	   2.	All existing easements are retained.
              	   SECTION 3.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         provided by law.
